Mr. Noseworthy is a practicing corporate/commercial lawyer with over twenty years of experience in advising corporate clients on business law and governance issues. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University, obtaining B.Sc (Honours) in 1978 and LLB in 1983. Mr. Noseworthy is a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees.
